Kevin Z. Komar

Early in his practice Mr. Komar represented victims of sexual harassment and he then realized that he belonged on the side of victims in all litigation and not just sexual harassment. In 2002 he began exclusively representing the rights of victims of medical malpractice cases and closed head injuries in a variety of cases including auto and premises matters. Mr. Komar has worked on many cases involving intense medical malpractice litigation against the biggest law firms in Michigan and other matters where victims have suffered catastrophic injuries which have not only deprived individuals of their health but the quality and enjoyment of their lives. Mr. Komar is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Michigan. As a dedicated advocate, Mr. Komar has always believed in protecting and assisting those in need.
