Goodman Acker P.C. Teams Up With Lawsuit Financial To Adopt Two Families For The Holidays

Our Detroit personal injury lawyers at the law firm of Goodman Acker P.C. are happy to announce that they have teamed up with Lawsuit Financial Corporation to adopt two needy families this holiday season through the Michigan Association for Justice 2014 Adopt-A-Family Program.

Our accident attorneys at Goodman Acker P.C. nominated two of our own clients who were in need through the program, and in exchange given two other families nominated by another law firm who were also in need.

A wish list of the nominated families was given to us a few weeks ago. Our staff enjoyed shopping and wrapping the gifts for the two anonymous families as a group.

Goodman Acker Personal Injury Lawyers Adopt A Family Program

"We were so thrilled to get involved in such a program and help two families who truly needed it this holiday season. In today's tough economy, there are many families who find themselves struggling and for this reason I believe this program is especially important, and am truly proud that the Law Offices of Goodman Acker P.C. was able to get involved and provide gifts for families in need, " said Partner and Attorney Gerald H. Acker.

The Lawsuit Financial MAJ Adopt-A-Family Program is a little different and has more of a personal touch than the very popular and well-known Volunteers of America Adopt-A-Family Program. This is because attorney’s or law firm’s involved in the program are anonymously matched to another law firm's or attorney's nominated client. All nominated clients and their families are asked to provide a wish list of the things they would like to receive. These anonymous wish lists are then given to the matched attorney so that they may shop for the family in need. All families will receive their gifts the week before Christmas.
