Reverend Wendell and Lady Monica Anthony of Fellowship Chapel have made Thanksgiving Turkey dinner giveaways a tradition for the last 30 years, providing more than 100,000 dinners. This will be Goodman Acker’s 2nd year participating in the Thanksgiving Turkey giveaway and they are honored to be part of this community event as many local residents remain in need of a helping hand.
This year, Fellowship Chapel has collaborated with Goodman Acker, P.C. to purchase and donate several hundred turkeys that will be given away on Tuesday, November 24th at Fellowship Chapel. In addition to a fresh and plump turkey to complete the Thanksgiving meal, green beans, mac n’ cheese, cranberry sauce and rolls will be included.
Jerry Acker, partner at Goodman Acker PC stated, “We are proud to partner with Fellowship Chapel on this important project. Making sure families can celebrate Thanksgiving is a wonderful mission that Reverend and Lady Anthony have been performing for the last 30 years. I’m honored that Goodman Acker can do our part to help grow this mission.”
