The accident occurred on August 8, 2017, our client’s 61st birthday. Our client was making a left-hand turn at the intersection of Mound Road and Heathdale Ave when he was struck by a semi-truck that ran a red light.
As a result of the collision, our client suffered significant injuries including an ankle fracture, multiple rib fractures, diaphragmatic rupture and acute respiratory failure.
