In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, Goodman Acker is thrilled to announce its School Supplies Gift Giveaway! Goodman Acker will be giving away two $250 gift cards to either Office Depot or Staples to two lucky teachers in Michigan!
Public teachers play an instrumental role in making certain the children of our communities can build bright futures for themselves. This is a way for our firm to give back and say thank you to all our hard-working teachers.
Close to 100% of all public school teachers will reach into their own personal finances to buy school supplies for their classrooms. In fact, the National School Supply and Equipment Association (NSSEA) calculates the average teacher spends about $350 a year on necessary supplies. Government educational budgets are just not strong enough to take care of our teachers and the children they teach. This is why Goodman Acker is stepping up with our School Supplies Gift Giveaway to help teachers and students in Detroit alike.
Our School Supplies Gift Giveaway needs your help to be a success! We are asking the people of our communities to nominate teachers they know are deserving of a chance to win a $250 gift card to a school supply store.
To nominate a teacher, you must leave a comment on our Facebook post that announces the giveaway. Click here to view Facebook post. In the comment, please include your teacher’s name, school district and why he or she should win. Photos and videos are welcome! And don’t forget the hashtag #GoodmanAckerTeacherAppreciation
