Enjoy an intimate dining experience when you take your date to Mink. With only 12 seats at the raw bar, you won’t feel like you’re eating in a crowded environment, and the restaurant lends itself to casual or intimate conversation. Mink’s focus is on sustainably harvested seafood and locally sourced meats and produce. The menu at Mink features a five-course chef’s tasting menu that rotates throughout the month.
A sample menu may feature items such as oysters on the half shell, a scallop and watercress salad, followed by roasted asparagus soup. The third course will feature seafood or meat, the fourth may serve a casserole or other type of hot dish, and the tasting menu finishes with a dessert. Order a glass of wine, a beer, or sake to go with your meal. You’ll need a reservation to dine at Mink. You can find them at 1701 Trumball Ave. Suite D.

Watch the sunset while you take a romantic boat tour along the Detroit River. During the winter months, stop by Robert C.
