- November 3, 2026
The holidays should be a time of joy for every child. This year, Goodman Acker is proud to partner with DABO Detroit for its annual Make Christmas Very Merry event, helping bring a little extra holiday magic to families across Metro Detroit.
And we'd love your help!
Help Us Fill Our Toy Drive
Goodman Acker is collecting toys at our Southfield office through December 1, and we're inviting our community to join us in making the holidays brighter for local children.
We're looking for:
- New, unwrapped toys
- Gifts for children ages 0–14
- Toys, games, books, and other age-appropriate gifts
Whether you bring one toy or several, every donation can help make Christmas a little more special for a child in our community.
Toy donations can be dropped off at our Goodman Acker Southfield office through December 1:
2 Towne Square, Suite 444
Southfield, MI 48076
Supporting DABO Detroit's Make Christmas Very Merry
Our commitment goes beyond the toy drive. Goodman Acker is also contributing an $8,000 donation to support DABO Detroit's Make Christmas Very Merry program, and our team will be volunteering at the event on December 22.
This year's event gives children ages 14 and under the opportunity to choose five gifts of their own while shopping alongside a parent or guardian. It's a meaningful way to give families a chance to experience the joy of the holiday season together.

Let's Make the Season Merry Together
At Goodman Acker, we believe supporting our community means showing up for the people and families who make it special. We're grateful to DABO Detroit for the work they do and proud to help make this year's event possible.
If you're able, bring a new, unwrapped toy to our Southfield office before December 1. Together, we can help make Christmas a little brighter for children throughout Metro Detroit.
