Arghavan Eftekhari is an attorney at Goodman Acker P.C., where she represents clients in personal injury cases with compassion, integrity, and an unshakable commitment to justice. She is passionate about helping individuals and families rebuild their lives after serious accidents and takes pride in providing her clients with clear communication and dedicated legal support throughout every step of the process.

Before joining Goodman Acker, Arghavan gained extensive legal experience working as a Law Clerk in personal injury, assisting attorneys with case development, discovery, and trial preparation. She also served as a Summer Legal Intern with a local non-profit in Detroit, where she conducted legal research, drafted memoranda and briefs, and helped create accessible legal resources for local communities. In that role, she also participated in outreach and education efforts to help individuals better understand their legal rights and options. Earlier in her career, Arghavan worked as a Legal Assistant at an immigration firm in Windsor, Ontario, where she supported clients through complex immigration matters.

Arghavan earned her Juris Doctor through the Dual J.D. Program at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, where she gained valuable cross-border experience in both U.S. and Canadian law and the ability to practice in both countries.

In addition to her legal background, she also spent several years playing and coaching volleyball, where she developed a strong sense of teamwork and leadership, qualities she continues to bring to her legal practice today. In her free time, she enjoys being active, through volleyball, weightlifting and workout classes, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.

Fluent in English and Farsi, Arghavan is dedicated to advocating for her clients with empathy and determination, and to upholding Goodman Acker’s long-standing reputation for honesty, integrity, and results.
