As Thanksgiving approaches, we are thankful for the love of family and friends, the privilege of helping others through our work, and security in our homes and meals. Sadly, not all families can say the same. That’s why Goodman Acker, P.C. has partnered with Fellowship Chapel to purchase and donate 500 turkeys to 500 Detroit families in need.
Not only will each family receive a free turkey but our Thanksgiving baskets will include green beans, mac and cheese, cranberry sauce, and dinner rolls so needy families can enjoy a delicious meal together.
“We want to make sure that every family has a good holiday and are honored that Goodman Acker can do our part to help,” said Partner Jordan Acker.
We’re helping Fellowship Chapel make 500 Thanksgiving dinners so everyone can have a good holiday. Starting Monday, November 18th families can apply for a basket online. This program will be first-come, first-serve so don’t wait to spread the word. A driver’s license is required for meal pick up and only one application per household will be accepted.
On Tuesday, November 26th, our Goodman Acker team will be personally handing out meal baskets at Fellowship Chapel, 7707 W. Outer Drive, Detroit, MI.
Our team at Goodman Acker, P.C. is thankful to be able to give back to the community that has supported us for years. “This is our 25th year in business. What a great way for our firm to celebrate our 25 years in business. Thanksgiving is a time to spend with family and friends and no family should be without a turkey for their Thanksgiving meal,” said founding partner Jerry Acker.
We often spend our days helping those who find themselves in difficult circumstances due to an accident or injury. However, this Thanksgiving, we encourage you to join us in thinking of those less fortunate all year round. If you ever need help, set up a free consultation with us.
We have been helping accident injury victims in Michigan win the maximum settlement for their injuries for 25+ years.
Take a look at what some of our previous clients have to say about the high caliber of the services we provide.
If you have been wrongly injured, we would be happy to review the specific details of your case to determine how we can help.
